1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jitawi platform, including the website at jitawi.onl, all associated mobile-optimised pages, and any services offered through the platform including casino games, sports betting, crash games, virtual sports, and live dealer tables.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jitawi are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

jitawi does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges. jitawi is not responsible for any third-party fees incurred during the transaction process.

Any deposit made through a payment method that does not belong to the registered account holder will be reversed. jitawi strictly prohibits the use of payment accounts belonging to third parties, including family members, on behalf of another player.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

jitawi offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh.

The following general rules apply to all bonus offers unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered a minimum number of times (the wagering requirement) before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.

6 Sports Betting Rules

jitawi offers pre-match and in-play betting markets across a wide range of sports, with particular focus on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and hockey.

• Bet settlement: All bets are settled in accordance with official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding the result, jitawi's decision is final.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet amounts per market are displayed within the betting interface at the time of placing the bet. These limits may vary by sport, market, and event.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event abandonment, incorrect odds caused by a technical error, match postponement beyond the settlement deadline, or where the bet was placed after the official start of play on a pre-match market.
• Live betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and current market conditions. jitawi reserves the right to suspend or close live markets at any time.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed in your bet slip history, the odds at that point are locked and will not change retroactively.

7 Casino and Game Rules

9 Account Closure and Termination

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the jitawi platform without prior written consent from jitawi. Any unauthorised use of jitawi's intellectual property may result in legal action.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jitawi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
